Complete the correct surgery procedure before the 45-second timer runs out. Never shoot or taser the tentacles — doing so instantly kills the patient. Just focus on the mini-game.

Behavior
Purple tentacles emerge during the surgery mini-game with a timer. Critical point: these are part of the surgery challenge, NOT an enemy to fight.
Spawn Conditions
Randomly spawns during surgeries in Room 8. Large purple fleshy mass with long tentacles growing from a patient on the operating table.
Failure Result
Timer expires and the patient dies. Shooting or tasering the tentacles also instantly kills the patient.
