Details

Behavior

Roams the hospital attacking players and patients. Has sharp teeth, a large mouth, and a distorted face. Emits a distinctive roar when emerging. Can attack patients being treated.

Spawn Conditions

Emerges when an anomaly patient is accidentally checked in. Appears with a loud roar and transforms from the admitted patient.

Failure Result

Rapid sanity loss per hit. Can kill players in 2-3 hits. Will also attack and kill patients.
