Keep your camera pointed downward at all times. Never stare at the ceiling. Use Eye Drops to remove the effect.

Details

Behavior

A large red fleshy mass covered with dozens of eyes that constantly watch nearby players. Looking directly at it causes it to grow larger and rapidly drain sanity. Persists until removed.

Spawn Conditions

A bleeding lump of flesh and eyeballs appears on ceilings in patient rooms or the CCTV room. A 'Don't Look Up' warning signals its spawn.

Failure Result

Continuous rapid sanity drain while looking at it. Can quickly empty your sanity bar if ignored.
